MCLEAN, VA—The Home2 Suites by Hilton Eugene Downtown University Area has opened in Eugene, OR, marking the brand’s first property in the state.
Located at 102 W 11th Ave., the 120-suite hotel is accessible to nearby attractions including the University of Oregon, Lane Community College, as well as dining, shopping, entertainment and outdoor recreation. It is owned by Eugene Hotel Ownership, LLC and managed by Widewaters Eugene Hotel Management Company.
Trademark Home2 Suites amenities include Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area; Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items; and the Inspired Table, a complimentary breakfast that includes more than 400 potential combinations. Complimentary internet is available. An indoor saline pool, outdoor fire pit and grill area are also onsite. Most Home2 Suites properties are pet-friendly.
