ANCHORAGE, AK—Home2 Suites by Hilton has topped off its new hotel here, the Home2 Suites Anchorage/Midtown. The four-story, 135-suite hotel is expected to open late this summer at 4700 Union Square Dr. near Ted Stevens International Airport.
“Anchorage is a great market and, with the hotel’s close proximity to local business and area attractions, this is an ideal location. We are pleased to be well under construction and excited to introduce Home2 Suites’ innovative approach to our guests and the Anchorage community,” stated Ric Marko of Affinity Hospitality LLC, the developer of the property.
Home2 Suites is owned by Anchorage HS Holding LLC and will be operated by Horne Management Group.
The Home2 Suites Anchorage/Midtown will feature easy access to technology and inviting community spaces, according to the brand, as well as amenities such as the Oasis lobby area; the Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items; the Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area; and free continental breakfast at the Inspired Table.
