JASPER, IN— A new $5-million Holiday Inn Express & Suites is now scheduled to open in Jasper, IN, this spring. The 77-room hotel will be owned by Mike Patel and operated by IPD Hospitality. The 46,000-square-foot hotel will offer the SimplySmart bedding collection, which is a new Holiday Inn Express standard being rolled out across the country. The property will also contain a fitness center, a 24-hour front desk, an indoor pool and whirlpool, a game room and guestrooms with microwaves, refrigerators and sitting areas that include lounge chairs.
