IRIVINE, CA Hotel Information Systems (HIS), a division of MAI Systems Corp., announced that hospitality industry veteran and former Director of Sales for the company, Bruce Pine, has been promoted to vp/sales and marketing. In addition, Stephan Setran, who previously held the position of manager of quality assurance for the company has been named vp/support services.
Pine began his career with Loews Corp. and has held positions of increasing responsibilities including director of hotel operations for Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino and served as the GM at both the Dorset and Warwick Hotels in New York City.
Prior to joining HIS, Setran served in various capacities with Country Side Inn and Suites, Brentwood Suites Hotel and Radisson Hotels. (9/25/00)
