PARIS—The Hilton Paris Opera and the organic restaurant chain, Le Pain Quotidien, have opened the first Le Pain Quotidien within a hotel.
The new restaurant, located on the ground floor of Hilton Paris Opera, seats 80 people and offers a diverse menu. Through this collaboration, Le Pain Quotidien is now strategically located near the Gare Saint-Lazare, the Opera and local department stores.
Additionally, the hotel now offers Parisians and guests a F&B outlet that is based on a tradition of eating well, which complements the hotel’s two other dining options, Le Grand Salon and Le Petit Bar, according to the company.
“By welcoming an iconic brand to the Hilton Paris Opera portfolio, the hotel continues to offer its customers and neighbors new and exciting options. In this culture of healthy, balanced eating, Le Pain Quotidien is a seamless addition to our hotel as the brand exhibits only the best in quality,” said Sofia L. Vandaele, general manager, Hilton Paris Opera.
The nearly 1,600 sq.-ft. Hilton Paris Opera location also hosts the restaurant’s signature wooden furniture, communal table and the brand’s organic market which sells items such as spreads, jams, cooking oils, cookbooks, coffees and teas. Open Monday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the menu highlights organic products and includes brunch, salads, soups, pastries, sharing platters and more. To celebrate the opening of Le Pain Quotidien Saint Lazare at Hilton Paris Opera, a complimentary glass of prosecco will be offered with brunch on Saturdays and Sundays through April 30.
“Our mission is to offer our customers a ‘home away from home’ feeling, keeping our values in mind when matching our DNA with a neighborhood, its residents and visitors. We have been able to continue to develop opportunistically, so when the hotel’s general manager, Sofia L. Vandaele, approached us about opening Le Pain Quotidien in the Hilton Paris Opera, we did not hesitate,” said Anne-Gabrielle Verdier, CEO, France, Le Pain Quotidien.
