MCLEAN, VA—Hilton Garden Inn has opened the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Downtown, adding to the brand’s growing portfolio of more than 635 hotels worldwide.
The property is a mixed-use hotel and residential complex. New Orleans-based owner HRI Properties, LLC invested $80 million into the mixed-use project within Dallas’ LTV building.
Located a short distance from Dealey Plaza, AT&T Performing Arts Center and Thanks-Giving Square and within one mile of attractions including the Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium and the West End Historic District among others.
Amenities include complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel, 24-hour business center, a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor pool with sundeck and 32-story high-rise tower offering views of the Dallas skyline. The hotel also features more than 5,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space overlooking the cityscape and Thanks-giving Square.
All 171 guestrooms boast the brand’s signature bedding featuring fresh, white duvets and crisp linens; a work desk with an ergonomic desk chair; and an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini fridge, microwave oven and Keurig coffeemaker.
