ALLEN, TX— The 150-room Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen has opened here, marking the brand’s eighth property in the state. SCI Allen Hotel, Ltd. owns the newly constructed property and Gateway Hospitality Group manages the hotel. The six-story hotel features: a signature glass-walled pavilion housing the reception desk; a Pavilion Pantry® with a selection of refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable packaged items, and sundries; 20 suites; a breakfast cafe; six meeting rooms with 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space; a 24-hour, complimentary business center; a fitness center; heated outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool; and an on-site guest laundry facility. “The community of Allen continues to grow in leaps and bounds with an expanding presence of tourist attractions and business corporations,” said Dave Hansen, general manager. “The Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen will provide a unique, affordable and comfortable place for business or leisure travelers to stay when visiting the area.
