Hilton Charlotte Center City Gets A Facelift

CHARLOTTE, NC— The Hilton Charlotte Center City is undergoing a $25-million renovation designed to enhance its 407 guestrooms, meeting rooms, and public space. The refurbishment is slated for completion by the end of 2007. The hotel is owned and operated by Stanford Hotels Corp. Technological upgrades are a main element of the renovation. A 42-inch plasma screen television equipped with wireless Bluetooth technology and GuestLink system is being installed in each guestroom.
