TORONTO— InterContinental Hotels Group has revealed here at its 2006 Americas Investors and Leadership Conference that a $50-million, 122-room Hotel Indigo will be built in New York’s Chelsea district. The 20-story asset will be developed by Fortuna Realty LLC and located at 127 W. 28th St. The groundbreaking is scheduled for this month. The project is expected to be complete by the third quarter of 2008.
