CAROLINA BEACH, NC—LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, has opened the new Hampton Inn & Suites Carolina Beach-Oceanfront.
The 100-room property was designed by Norcross, GA-based Ponder and Ponder Architects, with interior design by J. Banks Designs of Hilton Head, SC. Southeastern, based in Augusta, GA, owns the newly opened property and has overseen its development, tapping LBA to provide management services.
Amenities include an oceanfront pool with a poolside Tiki Bar, named Leaping Lizards. In-room amenities include beachfront views, Hampton beds, mini refrigerators, sofa beds, 42-in. HDTVs and private balconies in select rooms.
The property’s opening marks LBA’s fifth property under management in North Carolina, four of which are Hilton-branded. “Southeastern has done a fantastic job of including all the right touches to make it perfect for vacationers, and we feel that we’ve built the ideal staff to maintain the property at its highest level,” said Beau Benton, president of LBA.
