TEL AVIV, ISRAEL—Atlas Hotels is set to open 65 Hotel, an urban boutique hotel on Sept. 1. Situated in a round building with eight floors and 74 rooms, it will be the brand’s ninth hotel.
At the entrance to the hotel is a cafe, featuring a large patio facing Rothschild Blvd., and a breakfast buffet. All-day dining is available.
Heading the project were architects Haim Dotan and Moshe Vered. Dotan has most recently designed the “world’s highest and longest” glass-bottomed bridge in China, according to the company. Designers Arik Ben Simhon and Leah Maller helmed the interior design of the hotel. The pair sought to offer a tranquil retreat in the city, with interiors combining classic, modern and contemporary design elements.
An underlying Avant-Garde design theme can be seen in the four dominant colors that make up the interior space, according to the company, beginning with shades of green in the lobby and continuing to the bold contrasting color schemes of all eight hotel floors. Four floors of the hotel feature rooms saturated in shades of white with a simple design. The four white floors are contrasted with four floors of rich brown tones.
Rooms feature a modern design with touches of blue scattered throughout the space, adding complementary splashes of color to the main bold tone. A unifying sense of comfort and luxury with a contemporary spirit brings together the overall hotel design, according to the company.
Amenities include breakfast, free high-speed wireless internet, happy hour drinks and snacks in the evenings, a mini bar filled with free soft drinks, and Nespresso machines in each room. Free underground parking, based on availability, is also provided.
“Being located in a cultural and financial center, Rothschild Blvd., plays a major role in the urban development of Tel Aviv. We are proud to inaugurate 65 Hotel in this center, which will be a great destination for both business travelers, tourists and locals all interested in an exclusive hospitality experience in a lively, eventful area,” said Danny Lipman and Leslie Adler, owners and managing directors, Atlas Hotels.
