Guitar Hotel Opens at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino has opened in Hollywood, FL, as part of a $1.5-billion expansion. Complementing the 450-ft.-high Guitar Hotel are a Hard Rock Live performance venue for 7,000 persons, an expanded and updated casino with 195,000 sq. ft. of gaming space, a 13.5-acre pool and lagoon experience with overwater cabanas, a spa and fitness center that spans 42,000 sq. ft., the DAER nightclub and day club complex, more than two dozen dining, lounge and entertainment options, a collection of retail stores and more than 150,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Urbanica Hotels Expands in Miami with The Euclid Hotel
Urbanica The Hotels has opened The Euclid Hotel in Miami Beach, FL. The redesigned 1930s boutique hotel at the entrance to Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood has 30 guestrooms and on-site food and beverage options. Developers Diego Colmenero and Charlie Porchetto of Urbanica The Hotels chose the area for their first two properties in the U.S. with one more slated to open next year called the Fifth Hotel. Urbanica has been expanding its portfolio in Miami since 2016.
Marriott Brings Four Points to Fort Lauderdale, FL
Marriott International Inc. has opened Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport-Dania Beach. Four Points Fort Lauderdale Airport-Dania Beach, an asset managed by IRAS Group, previously under the name Best Western Plus Fort Lauderdale Airport South, has 154 guestrooms, full-service dining and a fitness center. The property is close to the Port Everglades Cruise Port, Las Olas Blvd., Hard Rock Stadium, Hard Rock Casino, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Sawgrass Mills Mall and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
