COSTA MESA, CA— The Wyndham Orange County Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA, is now in the ownership hands of an affiliate of Makar Properties, which bought the asset in a Grubb & Ellis Co.-brokered deal. Grubb & Ellis negotiated the deal for both sides in the transaction. The asset was sold by an undisclosed entity. The sales price was also not disclosed. Located at 3350 Avenue of the Arts, the hotel contains 238 rooms.
