The property has 273 guestrooms, including 16 studios, with each room offering either city or river views.
The hotel forms part of the Marina Tower complex—an urban development project converting more than 40,849 sq. ft. of riverside land into a mixed-use residential and commercial district.
Hotel amenities include an outdoor, heated swimming pool; a 24-hour fitness center with a spa and steam room; free Internet access throughout the property; complimentary bottled water in all rooms; and breakfast.
The hotel has a pub offering the brand’s Best Brews and BBQ, where guests can enjoy a local craft beer and seasonal BBQ-style appetizers. The property’s all-day dining restaurant offers breakfast and an a la carte dining menu in the evening. In-room dining is available.
The property has meeting and function rooms accommodating up to 450 guests. Gatherings may also be hosted on the outdoor deck.
