MAUMEE, OH— First Hospitality Group, Inc. has closed on its purchase of land here for a future Residence Inn that it will develop. That project is expected to begin in the spring and finish up during the second quarter of 2008. The 104-room Residence Inn will replace an existing Residence Inn that is located a few miles away and is owned and operated by First Hospitality. The new Generation 7 Residence Inn will be located within a development called the Boulevard.
