FORT WORTH, TX— Allegiance Hospitality Corp. has sold the Radisson Fort Worth North Hotel here to Tog Enterprises. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ select-service division represented Allegiance in the transaction. Allegiance also owns the Radisson Fort Worth South Hotel, which it turned into a Radisson along with the current Radisson Forth Worth North Hotel last year. Both had been Holiday Inns previously. The Radisson Forth Worth North was renovated last year at a cost of $5 million. The six-story building contains 247 guestrooms, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a gift shop, a restaurant and lounge, a business center, a guest laundry facility and about 11,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
