Oxygen Hospitality Group Names Yaron Ashkenazi CEO
Oxygen Hospitality Group has named Yaron Ashkenazi as CEO. The company will acquire, renovate and manage a portfolio of branded and independent hotel assets in the Sun Belt and other U.S. destinations. Ashkenazi most recently served as CEO of GCH Hotel Group in Berlin.
Red Roof Appoints Gregory Fox to VP of Development
Red Roof has appointed Gregory Fox to its franchise development team as VP of development. Fox will focus on the growth of Red Roof’s first soft brand, The Red Collection. Fox joins Red Roof from Wyndham Hotel Group, where he served as regional director of franchise development, overseeing sales and development on the Atlantic Coast of Florida.
Charlestowne Hotels Promotes Gavin Philipp to VP of Operations
Charlestowne Hotels has promoted Gavin Philipp to VP of operations. Philipp joined the Charlestowne team in 2013 as a regional director of operations, overseeing flagship properties in the company’s hometown of Charleston, SC. As VP of operations, Philipp will oversee the operational performance of Charlestowne’s entire collection.
Denihan Hospitality Appoints Michael Goldrich to VP of Marketing
Denihan Hospitality has appointed Michael Goldrich to VP of Marketing. Goldrich will report to Garine Ferejian-Mayo, Denihan’s SVP of market strategy and revenue management. Goldrich will be responsible for the development of brand strategy, positioning and digital marketing for all of the company’s flagships. He will also oversee brand and field marketing, public relations, advertising, social media campaigns, reservations and distribution. Goldrich has served in a senior marketing position for Dolce Hotels & Resorts.
American Hotel Register Company Names Luca Lucarelli Managing Director
American Hotel Register Company has named Luca Lucarelli managing director of the gallery—the company’s luxury assortment of products and services that carters to high-end brands and boutique properties. Most recently, Lucarelli served as managing director and president of amenity company, La Bottega.
