Pure Rooms Taps VP of Business Development
Pure Rooms has named Jill Dean Rigsbee as VP of business development. She will be responsible for the leadership of the company’s sales and business development team, managing new business opportunities and customizing solutions to meet hotels’ needs and guest demands.
Rigsbee brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience. She began her career working in hotels with various management companies for over a decade. For six years, she focused on hotel room operation supplies, FF&E and innovative products with Guest Supply. Rigsbee comes from Avendra, a hospitality procurement and services company, where she spent 15 years as director of business development.
“Jill has a proven record of facilitating long-term client and business relationships with hotel brands, management companies and owners. Her expertise, strong winning attitude, and personality are assets that will complement and enhance Pure’s team and business,” said Pure CEO Brian Brault.
New Digital Role Created at Omni
Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Philip Yi as VP of digital commerce and corporate strategy, overseeing all e-commerce efforts for the brand.
As technology continues to play an important role in the hospitality industry, the newly created position at Omni affords Yi the opportunity to further develop the company’s overall digital strategy. Yi is responsible for the website as well as digital marketing and will work with senior leadership on other strategic initiatives to improve day-to-day business.
Prior to joining Omni, Yi served as the head of omnichannel strategy, business development and analytics for JCPenney Inc. where he led growth strategy, strategic initiatives and partnerships for the brand’s digital commerce business. He also previously served as VP of e-commerce and strategy for fashion brand Sid and Ann Mashburn during a high-growth period, and worked with McKinsey & Company as a management consultant.
HFF Hires Director
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF) named Ryan Lindgren as a director in its Chicago office. Lindgren will focus on hotel investment advisory transactions and will be a member of HFF’s national hotel team led by Daniel C. Peek.
Lindgren joins HFF from Waterton where he was an assistant VP of acquisitions for their hotel team. Previously, he worked as an analyst at Watermark Capital Partners, Ernst & Young and PKF Consulting.
FCS Appoints Senior Director of Sales & Channels
FCS Computer Systems (FCS), a provider of hospitality technology solutions, has appointed Mansoor Khan as senior director of sales and channels to lead the company’s expansion in the Middle East and Africa, where demand for FCS’ integrated hospitality suite is growing.
Khan has worked in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East for more than 20 years, with technology companies such as Infor, Al Futtaim Technologies, Oasys Infotech and Key Information Technology. Mansoor will work closely with FCS’ regional clients to assist them in leveraging FCS solutions to produce sustainable and profitable results.
