KANATA, ONTARIO- easi Solutions plc, a supplier of smart card driven guestroom technology for hotels, has signed an agreement to acquire Coventus Inc., a provider of Journey Management applications and guest Internet services for the traveling business executive.
The completion of the deal will bring together market technology and services from both companies, enabling easi Solutions to strengthen its proposition to the hotel technology market by speeding up its global distribution of e@si Systems.
Coventus management team, employees, technology and existing hotel base of 10,000 rooms at 50 hotel properties across North America will enable easi Solutions to aggressively address the North American hospitality market. (10/3/00)
