MCLEAN, VA—The DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg, a new $50-million hotel development built onto the Indiana city’s multi-purpose Lawrenceburg Event Center, has opened. Located on the Ohio, the nine-story, 168-room property is only 15 miles from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and within easy access to the Perfect North Slopes ski area. The hotel is owned and managed by Indiana Gaming Co., LLC.

A visit to DoubleTree by Hilton Lawrenceburg begins in the two-story lobby, which connects to an outdoor patio on the south side with views of the city. Guestrooms—which either overlook the Ohio River or the Lawrenceburg streetscape—feature complimentary WiFi, 42-inch LCD TVs and the Sweet Dreams bed experience. Other amenities offered at the hotel are a 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour business center and WiFi access throughout the hotel’s public spaces.
The Levee Bar & Grill, adjacent to the hotel lobby, is an American-themed restaurant with a full-service bar, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner indoors or on the outdoor patio. A coffee shop on the first floor of the adjacent Lawrenceburg Event Center serves sandwiches, salads, coffee and specialty drinks. Oher attractions including the Final Cut Steakhouse, Hops House 99 sports bar and the two-story Boogie Nights nightclub. The nearby Hollywood Casino, also owned by the Indiana Gaming Co., features more than 2,200 slot machines and 71 table games.
The Lawrenceburg Event Center provides 37,500 sq. ft. of meeting space, and its grand ballroom can accommodate up to 350 dining guests, or can be divided into three separate rooms. Six other rooms of varying sizes can be used for conferences, board meetings or other gatherings.
