LONDON—Dorchester Collection has promoted Eugenio Pirri to the position of chief people and culture officer.
Pirri joined Dorchester Collection as VP, people and organizational development in 2011, where he led a team responsible for all aspects of human resources, learning and development, employee and guest engagement, and innovation and corporate responsibility.
Incorporating the brand’s values, Pirri will continue to reshape the company’s culture, ensuring a sustainable future through long-term perspectives on how it leads and develops current and future talent, as well as the key interconnection between people and technology.
Prior to Dorchester Collection, Pirri was regional human resources director of The Savoy and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Europe.
