GREENBELT, MD—Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company will manage the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Sandy Springs/Perimeter Center.

Sandy Springs, the second largest city in metro Atlanta, has more headquartered Fortune 500 corporations per capita than any other city in the United States, according to Coakley & Williams. Once opened, the property will boast a refreshed look with the latest design package from the brand for its 128 rooms.

Beth Taylor, corporate director of sales and marketing, who works out of the company’s regional office in Atlanta, stated, “The hotel is currently closed as we complete an extensive property improvement plan with a projected opening date between mid to late April. The city is really excited to have Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Company in the market and have extended all of the support we will need moving forward.”
