PLAINFIELD, IL—Cicero’s Development Corp. will collaborate with Chicago-based architectural/interior/ADA design and project management firm Zimmerman Weintraub Associates LLC, in the multi-million dollar renovation of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Bedford Park, IL.
The project is scheduled to begin in March 2015 with fast-track completion targeted for May. Located just blocks from Chicago’s Midway Airport, the hotel will receive an upgrade that will extend throughout its reception area, lobby, and public spaces and into 114 guest rooms.
Notably, the design includes the signature “smart” room decor package that welcomes guests into a comfortable, productive and restful environment, according to Marriott International.
