ROCKVILLE, MD—Choice Hotels International Inc. has signed an agreement with York Investment Properties LLC to develop a new Cambria hotel in Fort Mill, SC. The 124-room property will be located within the company’s mixed-use development site, which includes an apartment complex, planned retail center and proposed office space.
Slated to open in 2019, the Cambria Hotel Fort Mill is located near several corporate offices, including AECOM, Prologix and Shutterfly, as well as local attractions.
The property will have flexible meeting spaces and a fitness center. In terms of F&B, there will be contemporary on-site dining, serving a menu comprised of area specialties, liquor, wine, and local craft beers, as well as grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, and a barista bar.
