Chesapeake Gains a Property
Chesapeake Hospitality has been selected to manage the 221-room Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston, owned by Ballston Hotel Associates LLC.
Crestline Expands Portfolio
Crestline Hotels & Resorts has been selected to manage the Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis–Beale Street hotel. The 144-room hotel was recently purchased by Apple Hospitality REIT. Crestline now manages five hotels in the greater Memphis market and seven properties throughout Tennessee.
Onyx Continues Expansion
Onyx Hospitality Group has signed a deal to manage Shama Zijingang Hangzhou, marking the fourth Shama signing within the month of January for the management company. The 384-key property is scheduled for opening during the second quarter of 2019.
