Lodging Dynamics to manage Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Avondale
Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has been appointed to manage the Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Avondale.
The Home2 Suites Avondale is the company’s fifth new management contract this year. Other new hotels in their portfolio include the AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle/Bellevue Downtown, the Element by Westin Anaheim Resort Convention Center, the Hilton Garden Inn and the Homewood Suites by Hilton San Diego Downtown/Bayside. Combined, Lodging Dynamics has added nearly 1,000 hotel rooms to its management portfolio this year.
The Home2 Suites Avondale has 120 suites with kitchens and a range of tech-focused and eco-conscious amenities, including the use of solar power and electric vehicle charging stations. The property is located near the Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium of the Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Airport Sky Harbor and downtown Phoenix.
Crestline selected to manage Aloft Portland, ME
Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC has been chosen to manage the 157-guestroom Aloft Portland, ME hotel, which is located along Portland’s downtown waterfront.
This marks the third hotel in Portland that Crestline has added to its management portfolio. Last month Crestline added the 178-guestroom AC Hotel by Marriott Portland Downtown/Waterfront and in 2020 the company assumed management of the Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Waterfront.
The newly built Aloft Portland is within walking distance to area attractions, eateries, art galleries and nightlife. It is 4.6 miles from Portland International Jetport (PWM), 100 miles from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and 99 miles from Manchester/Boston Regional Airport (MHT).
The hotel also offers 327 sq. ft. of meeting and function space.
