Prime Realty closes on Candlewood Suites in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL—Ian A. Brown, broker associate, Prime Realty, has completed the sale of a Candlewood Suites located here. The sale marks Prime Realty’s first hotel closing. 

The sale included a 95-room extended-stay lodge and 1.2 acres of access land, which is earmarked for a complimentary restaurant.

First Coast Hospitality LLC was the seller. The sale closed on Friday, July 11. Oklahoma-based Champion Hotels was the buyer.

Prime Realty CEO Tyler Saldutti stated, “This is our first hotel closing and we are excited to be a new player in the hotel brokerage world. We see great opportunity in future hotel sales.”
