Bullock, Powell Named To VP Posts At Benchmark

THE WOODLANDS, TX— Jim Bullock and Hal Powell have been named regional vps of sales & marketing at Benchmark Hospitality International. Noting that these are newly created positions, Jack Schmidt, chief marketing officer at Benchmark, said the management company is entering “a new phase of growth” and has several new projects in the planning stages. The appointments are promotions for both Bullock and Powell, who have been with the Benchmark organization for several years. Bullock was previously corporate director of sales for Benchmark while Powell was director of sales and marketing for Benchmarks East Coast flagship, Lansdowne Resort in Lansdowne, VA.
