ATLANTA— US Franchise Systems, Inc. has officially sold its America’s Best Inns & Suites franchise brand to fellow hotel franchisor Buckhead America Corp. As a result of this acquisition by Buckhead America, which also franchises Country Hearth Inns, the company has changed its name to America’s Best Franchising, Inc. in order to more accurately reflect its business activities going forward. The changeover for the brand, including reservations, will officially occur in early 2006. In the mean time, all elements of the brand will remain the same.
