TREASURE ISLAND, FL— The Bilmar Beach Resort here is now under the management of Boykin Management Company. This is the fourth condo hotel that Boykin operates. The 154-unit property is currently being renovated and transformed into an upscale condo hotel at a cost of $7 million. T.I. Resorts LLC owns the hotel, which consists of an eight-story building, a four-story building and a three-story building. All units have beachfront access. The resort also has a 2,500-sf banquet room, a 1,600-sf rooftop terrace, two heated swimming pools, a whirlpool, a fitness center and an 11,000-sf restaurant.
