ATLANTIC CITY, NJ The Borgata hotel-casino, a $1 billion joint venture development between MGM Mirage and Boyd Gaming Corp., signed a 20-year agreement with Marina Energy LLC, a subsidiary of Folsom-based South Jersey Industries, for energy services. The 2,010-room Borgata will get heat, hot water and cooling from a new $40 million, 26,000 square-foot plant that will use natural gas delivered by South Jersey Gas and supplied by South Jersey Energy.
