COLUMBIA, MD- MICROS-Fidelio Asia/Pacific, a subsidiary of MICROS Systems Inc., has formed an alliance with Bank of China, headquartered in Beijing, to jointly develop an e-commerce solution to provide a Credit Card Processing System-Payment Gateway (PG), known as Bank of Chinas Bank Merchant POS (BMP).
The newly formed strategic alliance will provide a value-added service to hotels and merchants through a B2B, e-commerce environment. PG/BMP enhances guests check-in/check-out times and dramatically streamlines hotels and merchant operations. (8/28/00)
