VERNON HILLS, IL—The Board of Directors of American Hotel Register Company has selected Angela Korompilas as president of the company. The appointment is effective immediately.
For the past two years, Korompilas has served as the company’s EVP & COO, and more recently, was appointed acting president, in addition to her operational responsibilities.

Her long and distinguished career with our company, as well as her excellent management of some of its most challenging areas, have uniquely positioned her for this appointment,” stated Chairman Jim Leahy. “She is a person of high integrity and is completely committed to the success of our customers.”
Korompilas joined American Hotel in 1996 and assumed increasingly significant sales leadership roles until she was entrusted to lead the company’s global marketing and strategic planning efforts in 2011.
