BOSTON—Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has increased its domestic portfolio with the addition of seven new hotels. The new properties include the Hotel Alessandra in Houston; Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, TX; Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix; as well as the following properties in Denver: Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek; The Maven Hotel at Dairy Block; The Crawford Hotel – Denver Union Station; and The Oxford Hotel.

Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek
Halcyon is situated in the heart of Denver’s Cherry Creek North neighborhood. The 154-room property has 6,500 sq. ft. of meeting and event areas. Groups have access to comprehensive multimedia, audiovisual and telecommunications support. Hotel amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center and Gear Garage stocked with seasonal outdoor equipment, including Piaggio scooters, new Belgium cruiser bikes, longboards and GoPro cameras.
The Maven Hotel at Dairy Block
The Maven Hotel is a distinctively crafted downtown Denver hotel anchoring Dairy Block, the vibrant microdistrict in lower downtown (LoDo), a destination for shopping and dining. The property’s 172 rooms and suites provide a loft-style experience for guests with groups having the option of reserving an entire floor for added exclusivity. There’s 12,100 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space, catering, high-tech audiovisual equipment and more.
The Crawford Hotel – Denver Union Station
The Crawford Hotel is located inside the historic train station, Denver Union Station. The station also connects downtown Denver to city’s international airport via the Aline train. Not one of its 112 guestrooms and suites is alike. Each is uniquely decorated to reflect the different eras of the building’s past with historical items adorning its walls, along with visually striking art pieces from local artists. The property offers 7,800 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, audiovisual equipment.
The Oxford Hotel
The 80-room property includes historic elements such as antique headboards, rich drapery and claw foot tubs that add to its charming design. The Oxford Hotel features 9,125 sq. ft. of meeting and event space that can accommodate a maximum of 250 guests. Amenities include a full-service spa, a business center, as well as dry cleaning and laundry service, among others.
Hotel Alessandra
The 223-room property has 9,930 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space to accommodate groups of various sizes. Hotel Alessandra’s architecture and i-shapes reinforce a classical symmetry. Amenities include a fitness center, pool and spa.
Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa
The 4,000-acre Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa offers 493 guestrooms and 60,027 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space. The property is marking a new chapter with a $150-million renovation that will include a new event pavilion, conference center and six new dining outlets, among others.
Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix
The property, located within walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center, has 242 guestrooms and suites. There is also 10,000 sq. ft. of versatile function space with views that blur the lines between the indoors and outdoors. Group fitness classes are available at no charge.
