DALLAS—Aimbridge Hospitality has been awarded the management contract for the recently renovated Embassy Suites Anaheim-Orange (formerly the Hilton Suites Hotel). The property is located in Central Orange County adjacent to both Angel Stadium and Honda Center; two miles from Disneyland; and near more than 35 million sq. ft. of office inventory.

More than $8 million was invested in the extensive renovation of the 230-room all-suite hotel, including the refreshed interior color scheme and the modern styling of the atrium and dining spaces, according to Aimbridge. Contemporary side-by-side configured suites offer a separate living room with sofa bed, microwave, refrigerator, work desk and five-fixture bathroom. The hotel also includes more than 4,000 sq. ft. of function space; Cloud 9 Atrium Restaurant; indoor and outdoor pools; a whirlpool; business center; and 24-hour fitness room.

“The Anaheim market in Southern California is one of the most vibrant lodging markets in the country, and we are excited to add this high-profile property to our portfolio. The recent renovations will undoubtedly enhance the asset’s performance and create excitement for our guests, as well as a sense of pride for our dedicated management team,” said Dave Johnson, president and CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality.
