FORT WORTH—Aimbridge Hospitality has been awarded the management contract for the new Courtyard by Marriott here.
Aimbridge was selected by the hotel’s developer, Hillwood Properties, a Ross Perot Company. The 127-room property broke ground in October and includes a 3,500-square foot ballroom, resort-style pool and outdoor lounge area.
“This management contract marks the 20th Marriott property managed by Aimbridge Hospitality. We have enjoyed a successful partnership with Marriott and look forward to continuing the success with the addition of this property. With this property’s prime location at Alliance Town Center, it is a great addition to our portfolio,” stated Dave Johnson, president and CEO, Aimbridge Hospitality.
