ORLANDO—Safemark Systems and Isis Group Ltd. have accelerated the adoption of guest room safes in both branded and independent properties in Russia as a result of their partnership.

Isis Group is Safemark’s exclusive distributor in Russia since 2013, and is also its primary provider of service and support in Russia.

“Isis Group Ltd. is an ideal distribution partner for Safemark and quickly expanded our presence in Russia,” stated Olivier Marconato, Safemark’s EMEA VP, sales. “Andrey Kovalev and his team have a large base of hospitality contacts including architects, designers and operators. They are extremely proactive in their marketing and sales strategies which contributes greatly to their success.”

Along with representing Safemark’s safes, Isis Group Ltd. provides a number of products including restaurant and catering supplies, guestroom amenities, linens, operational equipment and more.

“Safemark is trusted by the industry’s top hotel brands and frequently specified for new-build and renovation projects,” said Andrey Kovalev, Isis Group Ltd. managing director. “Representing premium hospitality products is valuable differentiator for us therefore partnering with Safemark makes absolute sense. The craftsmanship and reporting capabilities of Safemark’s safes far outweigh the competition.”

“Our goal is to continuously improve our customers’ experience in every aspect,” stated John Foley, Safemark VP, sales. “As demand for guestroom safes continues to climb, it’s vital that we have regional experts like Isis Group Ltd. that understand the importance of prompt service and support.”
