ST. PETERSBURG, FL—Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO), an operating business of Interval Leisure Group, has opened Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach, a Hyatt Residence Club Resort.
The 131-unit property joins 15 other upscale shared ownership resorts marketed and managed by HVO. The project is a joint venture with an affiliate of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc.
Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach shares 1,800 ft. of beachfront and 40 tropical acres with the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. One-, two- and three-bedroom residential-style accommodations have lanais, fully equipped kitchens, handcrafted dining tables, widescreen HD LED TVs and sleeper sofas. Most of the units have ocean views and the remainder feature views of the West Maui Mountains.
Amenities include an 8,000-sq.-ft. open-air lobby; beachfront Pau Huaka’i tiki bar; Lahaina Provision Company marketplace; lagoon pool, with zero-entry children’s area; separate infinity pool; Day Lounge relaxation areas, with TVs, WiFi, showers and lockers; and a 3,000-sq.-ft., state-of-the-art fitness center.
Members and guests can also access the adjacent Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa and its services and amenities, including restaurants, bars and lounges, pools, water slide, beach activities center, fitness facilities, oceanfront spa, a full-service salon, Camp Hyatt, Ka’anapali golf courses, and boutique shops and galleries.
