COLUMBUS, OH—Red Roof Inn is partnering with Brazil-based Nobile Hotéis to develop 35 to 40 properties, both new-builds and conversions, across Brazil over the next 25 years.
The first property, a conversion of an existing hotel, will open in Brasilia in 2015, according to the company. The exclusive master franchise agreement runs to 2040.

The company has the management skills, standards, distribution systems and credibility to propel the Red Roof brand to the same standard of success it enjoys in the U.S.,” stated Andrew Alexander, president of Red Roof.
Established in 2008, Nobile Hotéis is considered the fourth largest hotel management company in Brazil.
