Matt Winston Joins Alliance Hospitality as Director of Business Development

RALEIGH, NC—Alliance Hospitality has appointed Matt Winston as the company’s director of business development.

Prior to joining Alliance Hospitality, the 30-year industry veteran served as president and CEO for Tidewater Hospitality Group, a hotel brokerage firm offering hotel transactions, valuation and asset management services. Winston’s career also includes time spent in leadership positions with Harvey Lindsay, Harbor Group International and the B.F. Saul Company. He has worked with major franchisors including Hilton, IHG and Marriott.

Rolf Tweeten, chairman of the board, stated, “As we continue to look for opportunities to build Alliance Hospitality’s portfolio via acquisitions and new management contracts, Matt’s knowledge, industry expertise and the strong relationships he has built over three decades will serve us very well. We are glad to be able to add Matt to our team.”
