KANSAS CITY, MO—The Sheraton and Westin Kansas City at Crown Center has launched a new website to better serve meeting planners.

According to the company, the site is a one-stop-shop for all information regarding meetings and is designed to better showcase the options available to meeting planners at the complex, including 1,454 guestrooms, 52 meeting rooms, 30 parlors, two ballrooms that seat up to 2,000 people each, 19 breakout rooms, the 45,500-sq.-ft. Crown Center Exhibit Hall and a total of 150,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.

The Sheraton and Westin sales team worked with developers at WebCanada to launch the site following a $22-million renovation. Enhancements to the website include the ability to no longer have to toggle back and forth between each hotel’s website and Cvent profiles to learn more about the complex’s offerings. In addition, they can book spaces directly on the site.

Designed over the course of six months, the website will allow meeting planners to view floor plans, capacity charts, catering options and submit RFPs directly to the property of their choice.  The site will also include a calendar of events.
