BANGALORE, INDIA—RezNext, a real-time, direct connect and online distribution company that bridges the gap between a hotel’s reservation system and online booking channels, has appointed Mike Kistner as CEO.
Kistner was most recently chairman and CEO of Pegasus Solutions, Inc. With close to three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Kistner had accepted the position of board member RezNext earlier this year.
