SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO—The Best Western Plus Condado Palm Inn & Suites is now open following a $21 million investment to fully renovate the building.
“By presenting a more affordable, business-friendly option for the Condado neighborhood, we’re giving companies and budget-conscious travelers an opportunity to stay in one of San Juan’s most popular districts,” said Omar Torres, director of sales of the Condado Palm Inn & Suites.
The hotel’s public spaces now offer a more-spacious setting for guests to check-in, dine and socialize. The lobby lounge features a variety of natural elements, including a flowing waterfall serving as the setting’s focal point, an aquarium and plants. The setting is furnished with contemporary couches and chairs, accentuated by colorful artwork, and enhanced with natural light provided by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the outdoor pool. Near the check-in area, is the Palmas Café, a casual setting that offers a daily complimentary full American breakfast. In the evening, the hotel’s stylish Coco’s Lounge offers light bites and cocktails.
Condado Palm’s 151 guestrooms and suites offer balcony views overlooking Condado’s city life and beaches. Guestrooms feature contemporary furniture and amenities, including LCD TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, work desks with ergonomic chairs, microwaves and mini-fridges. The property’s 33 suites have fully equipped kitchenettes.
Condado Palm has a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool and children’s pool, massage room, 450-sq.-ft. boardroom and 24-hour business center.
