PARSIPPANY, NJ—Terry Sanders, SVP/development for Wyndham Hotel Group, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Latin Hotel & Restaurant Association (LHRA), an organization that supports the business interests of Latino owners, operators and developers in the hospitality industry.
Sanders, a 16-year industry veteran, joined Wyndham in 2002 and has since served in a variety of sales and development roles, including director of development, regional VP and VP/new construction.
“I recognize the tremendous potential of the Latino hotelier in today’s diverse market and welcome the opportunity to share my insight with the organization’s members,” said Sanders.
Headquartered in suburban Houston, TX, LHRA is non-profit association dedicated to increasing Latino participation in the hospitality industry, to include ownership, leadership and commerce. The organization provides education, international and regional conferences and networking opportunities with leading hotel and restaurant companies in the world.
