WICHITA, KS— AG Holdings, LLC has obtained a $7.3-million first mortgage in order to refinance its 93-room Residence Inn at Plazzio here. RockBridge Capital, LLC provided the financing. The one-and-a-half-year-old Residence Inn offers a business center, a Suite Shop, an Elite Members Lounge, a sport court, a putting green, an outdoor pool and a spa. The hotel is located within the Plazzio lifestyle center. This is the fourth time RockBridge has provided financing to AG Holdings within the past year.
