Investment Partnership Sells College Station, TX, Hilton

COLLEGE STATION, TX— An investment partnership consisting of Lane Hospitality and LNR Property Corporation has sold the Hilton College Station & Conference Center here. Molinaro Koger negotiated the transaction for the sellers. The 303-unit property is now in the hands of JER Partners and will continue to exist as a Hilton. Sage Hospitality will manage the hotel. Following its recent $6-million renovation, the asset now features 28,000 sf of meeting space, an exercise facility, the Bell Ranch Steakhouse restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a business center and a gift shop.
