DENVER—The 112-suite Residence Inn Denver Stapleton is scheduled to open this Thursday, June 1. The property will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Tharaldson Hospitality Management.
The hotel has studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Each suite has a work desk, an ergonomic chair and complimentary internet access. Each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, a microwave oven and residential-sized appliances.
The hotel has a grocery delivery service, complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour onsite F&B market, dry cleaning services and an onsite guest laundry room. The hotel’s weeknight evening gatherings offer guests an environment where they an enjoy premium beers and connect to local flavors.
Other hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, Sport Court, and a business library where guests can fax, copy and print materials. The Residence Inn Denver Stapleton also offers 600 sq. ft. of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 32 people.
