SIOUX FALLS, SD— Staybridge Suites has opened its 80th hotel, a 90-room all-suites property here, the first in the state. The property is owned and managed by Howell Extended Stay Inc. The new 69,000-square-foot hotel offers three suite options (deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bath). All suites feature fully equipped kitchens, work stations with ergonomic seating, two-line speaker phone with voicemail and direct dial access. Free high-speed Internet access is also available. Other amenities included complimentary guest laundry and workout facilities, indoor pool, free parking, same day laundry and valet, express check-out, deluxe complimentary daily breakfast buffet, a 24-hour convenience store and a 24-hour business services center, more than 600 square feet of meeting space as well as accessibility to an additional 2,000 square feet of meeting space across from the property.
