PHM Appoints Hospitality Veteran Richard J. Cotter as COO
PHM has appointed Richard J. Cotter as COO. He’ll oversee the operations of PHM’s portfolio of managed independent and branded full-service and lifestyle hotels and resorts, including B Hotels & Resorts properties throughout the Southeast, CoCo Key Hotel & Water Resort, Sagamore Hotel Miami Beach, Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk and others. He’s been in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years.
HREC Adds VP to Washington, DC Office
HREC has tapped Barry Tiggemann as VP in the HREC Washington, DC office. Prior to joining HREC, he was a broker, an asset manager and a principal for hospitality properties throughout the United States and South Korea as president and manager of multiple firms. He’s brokered more than $200 million in hospitality transactions, in addition to years of commercial brokerage and leasing for multifamily and retail clients. He’s worked with government entities as well.
L.E. Hotels Expands Global Sales, Operations Teams
L.E. Hotels has expanded its global sales and operations teams. New members include Sylvia Fletcher, regional director of sales for Germany; Juliana Gardinalli, regional director of South America; Karol Lor, regional director of sales for France; and Jennifer Thompson, corporate comptroller of the United States.
SkyTouch Technology Promotes Doug Hogan as VP Sales & Marketing
SkyTouch has promoted Doug Hogan to VP of business operations, global sales and marketing. In this expanded role, he’ll be responsible for leading business operations, financial planning and management, strategic planning, and global sales and marketing for SkyTouch Technology. He led business operations for SkyTouch Technology since its inception in his former role as senior director, operations. This included management of the finance, legal, project management and marketing functions. Hogan brings more than 10 years of management and technology consulting experience to SkyTouch. His experience includes leading engagements for commercial and government customers in the hospitality, financial, defense and aerospace industries.
Destination Kohler Appoints Nicolas Blouin to Executive Pastry Chef
Kohler has appointed Nicolas Blouin as executive pastry chef at Destination Kohler. The hospitality and real estate company also promoted Matthew Bauer to executive chef and tapped Ryan Beebe as restaurant manager.
