TORONTO—Zuzapp has partnered with several resorts worldwide to deliver two-way guest messaging and mobile guest engagement.
Zuzapp’s platform, which costs $40/month, offers resorts a hotel-branded mobile guest engagement app and two-way messaging solution as a channel. According to the company, benefits include increased direct bookings & lower booking costs; improved TripAdvisor reviews—when a guest has had a positive experience on property, Zuzapp allows resorts to digitally prompt guests to post a review or share their experience online; improved guest satisfaction with two-way messaging to act on guest requests and concerns; the ability to generate more revenue by upselling unsold inventory and merchandise to guests; incentivizing guests to spend more on property via geo-targeted push notifications and mobile offers; improved guest recovery; and the ability to curate authentic, localized experiences with recommendations for local restaurants, services, stores, theatres, sporting events, attractions and tours.
Shannon Weeks, marketing coordinator at the Ramada CoCo Key Water Resort, said, “Our Ramada-branded app enriches the guest experience with mobile offers, loyalty programs, eCommerce and geo-targeted messages that promote our water resort, restaurants, amenities, TripAdvisor and much more.”
Eugenio Cignolini, GM at the Villa Mangiacane Resort, said, “Our virtual concierge creates a unique one-to-one connection with our guests, allowing us to improve guest satisfaction with room service, mobile promo offerings, restaurant reservations, and stunning hotel visuals for our guests to explore.”
